MyBlueBerry Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 11, 2026

The short version

What the app stores, and where

MyBlueBerry stores the entries you log — feeds (bottle and nursing), diapers, and sleep sessions — plus a profile for each child you track (a name if you choose to give one, an approximate age, and feeding preferences such as oz vs ml).

This data is stored in two places, both under your control:

We — the developer — operate no servers and have no technical ability to access your private iCloud database. Apple's iCloud infrastructure handles storage and sync; Apple's own privacy policy governs iCloud itself.

What we don't do

Sign in with Apple

The app uses Sign in with Apple as its only sign-in method. When you sign in, Apple provides the app with an anonymous, app-specific user identifier. This identifier stays on your device and within your own iCloud data — it is never transmitted to us, because there is nowhere to transmit it to. We never see your email address, name, or Apple Account details.

Sharing with a partner or caregiver

If you choose to invite a partner or caregiver (via QR code or a short one-time code), the app uses Apple's CloudKit sharing to give that person's iCloud account access to your child's data. This sharing:

Children's privacy

MyBlueBerry is made for parents and caregivers — adults. Information about your child is entered by you, belongs to you, and stays in your iCloud account as described above. We do not collect any information from or about children (or anyone else).

Deleting your data

Because we hold no copies, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and its effective date before that version ships. The policy will always be available at the same URL as this page.
